FAQ - Turnaround time, shipping and more

Happy Organized Home is a proudly Canadian woman owned business located in Halton Hill, Ontario.
We choose to purchase all of our apparel supplies and other supplies from Canadian companies or local small businesses. For apparel, some items we purchase from local businesses may be manufactured in facilities outside of Canada. Our main Suppliers for Apparel are Canadian Owned companies. While some of the countries that our apparel is manufactured in are Outside of Canada (i.e. Honduras, Nicaragua), none of the items we currently carry are made in the United States.

The Designs are added to our items in house. This would be for all items, including Apparel, Laser engraved Items, mugs and more

What is your turnaround Time?

DUE TO AN INFLUX OF ORDERS, OUR TURNAROUND TIME MAY INCREASE. IF YOU REQUIRE YOUR ITEM FOR A SPECIFIC DATE, PLEASE REACH OUT WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. Our average turnaround time for orders to ship/be available for pickup is 5-7 business from the date the order is placed. (Monday to Friday. Not including weekends and holidays).  The Day your order is placed is not included in the turnaround time calculation. This starts the first Business day after your order is placed. This is when your order will ready for pickup or shipped. Most orders ship within this timeline, however some orders may take longer to be shipped if your order is placed during a busy time of year around holidays like Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day Etc. We will work to have your order shipped as soon as possible. If you would like to know the exact Turnaround time before placing an order, please do not hesitate to contact us. This processing time is how long it will take for your order to be made and does not include the shipping time. 

Can I see what my item will look like before placing an order?

Unfortunately, Due to the volume of orders that we process, we are unable to provide proofs prior to an order being placed. Rest assured, that proofs are sent for your approval on Custom designs after an order is placed. Items that only include personalization will not receive a proof prior to the order being made. We will work with you during the proof process on custom orders to have your vision come to life. (2 Revisions are included in the price of the product. Any additional revision after the first 2 are $5 each)

What method of payment do you accept?

We accept all Major credit cards as well as Paypal for your convenience. 

Do you offer discounts for multiple item orders?

We sure do! If you order 10 or more items in one transaction, just use discount code MULTIPLEDISCOUNT10 at checkout to receive a 10% discount off of your order.

Do you charge tax?

Yes we do. Taxes will be added to your order if you are a resident of Canada. It will be either GST or HST depending on where you are located in the country. Orders to the United States or Internationally will not be changed tax on your items.

How long will it take for my item to get to me?

Shipping times can vary based on your location and the service level you choose. After your item is created and shipped, here are the approx. shipping times. (please note, this is the time that it will take after your item is created and ready to ship. Please refer to our turnaround times to create your item). Due to the current pandemic and during holiday seasons, shipping times may be longer as postal services are having to deal with challenges keep up with the volume of packages as well as possible staff shortages.

United States - 10-14 business days

International - 10-25 business days.

** US and International customers - We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that are imposed by your country when receiving items. Please refer to your countries rules and regulations for these fees and taxes **

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

As all of our items are custom made at time of order, we unfortunately do not accept refunds or exchanges. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to try and resolve any concerns you have. 

Can I cancel an order that has been placed?

Unfortunately, as our items are made at time of order, we are not able to cancel orders once they are been started. If your order has not been started, we are happy to cancel the order.

Shipping, Local Pickup and Delivery.

During checkout, you will have options on how you would like your order to be processed. The choices are Pickup in Acton or Milton and shipping via Canada Post or Purolator. The Fees related to any of these options will be provided during the checkout process.

FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100 shipped within Canada  

Shipping Address

Please be sure to enter your address for shipping correctly. We will ship to the address you have entered and utilize the shipping service you have selected. If your order is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address, a shipping service is selected that does not ship to your location, it will be up to the customer to pay for the shipping charge to have your order reshipped to the correct address.

With the overwhelming response we had had for our Canada Proud Collection, Orders may take a little longer to process and ship. We are working on processing orders as quickly as possible.
