FAQ - Turnaround time, shipping and more
What is your turnaround Time?
Orders are shipped within 7-10 business days via Canada Post.
Do you send a proofs before making my items?
For any items that are custom or personalized, a proof will be sent to your for approval prior to the item being made.
Can I see what my item will look like before placing an order?
Unfortunately, Due to the volume of orders that we process, we are unable to provide proofs prior to an order being placed. Rest assured, that proofs are sent for your approval after an order is placed. We will work with you during the proof process to have your vision come to life. (2 Revisions are included in the price of the product. Any additional revision after the first 2 are $5 each)
What method of payment do you accept?
We accept all Major credit cards as well as Paypal for your convenience.
Do you offer discounts for multiple item orders?
We sure do! If you order 10 or more items in one transaction, just use discount code MULTIPLEDISCOUNT10 at checkout to receive a 10% discount off of your order.
Do you charge tax?
Yes we do. Taxes will be added to your order if you are a resident of Canada. It will be either GST or HST depending on where you are located in the country. Orders to the United States or Internationally will not be changed tax on your items.
How long will it take for my item to get to me?
Shipping times can vary based on your location and the service level you choose. After your item is created and shipped, here are the approx shipping times. (please note, this is the time that it will take after your item is created and ready to ship. Please refer to our turnaround times to create your item)
Canada - 2-10 business days
United States - 10-14 business days
International - 10-25 business days.
** US and International customers - We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that are imposed by your country when receiving items. Please refer to your countries rules and regulations for these fees and taxes **
Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
As all of our items are custom made at time of order, we unfortunately do not accept refunds or exchanges. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to try and resolve any concerns you have.
Shipping, Local Pickup and Delivery.
During checkout, you will have options on how you would like your order to be processed. The choices are Pickup in Acton or Milton, Delivery to Georgetown and shipping via Canada Post. The Fees related to any of these options will be provided during the checkout process.
