How long will it take for my item to get to me?

Shipping times can vary based on your location and the service level you choose. After your item is created and shipped, here are the approx. shipping times. (please note, this is the time that it will take after your item is created and ready to ship. Please refer to our turnaround times to create your item). Due to the current pandemic, shipping times may be longer as postal services are having to deal with challenges keep up with the volume of packages as well as shortages of staff. 

Canada - 2-10 business days

United States - 10-14 business days

International - 10-25 business days.

Shipping, Local Pickup and Delivery.

During checkout, you will have options on how you would like your order to be processed. The choices are Pickup in Acton or Milton and shipping via Canada Post. The Fees related to any of these options will be provided during the checkout process.
